Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support to clients in Manchester and nearby areas. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

Responsibilities include personal care, ADLs, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship. Flexible FT and PT hours with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience required.
• Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).

Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers

• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
