Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as eating, dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants engage in community activities and daily living tasks.
• Provide patient, compassionate care and ensure safety in group homes or waiver settings.
