Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in NC.
• Ability to read, write, follow oral instructions, and report progress.
• High School Graduate Or GED Preferred, But Not Required.
• Previous nursing service or long‑term care experience preferred.
• Understanding, patience, tact in dealing with the chronically ill.
• Detail‑oriented with great documentation skills.
• Teamwork and flexibility to easily adapt.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and physical care of daily needs for Senior Adult residents.
• Function as the resident’s closest advocate in the household.
• Keep the household clean and care for personal laundry.
• Build relationships while celebrating life.
