Qualifications
Current CNA certification in NC.
Ability to read, write, follow oral instructions, and report progress.
High School Graduate Or GED Preferred, But Not Required.
Previous nursing service or long‑term care experience preferred.
Understanding, patience, tact in dealing with the chronically ill.
Detail‑oriented with great documentation skills.
Teamwork and flexibility to easily adapt.
Responsibilities
Provide medical and physical care of daily needs for Senior Adult residents.
Function as the resident’s closest advocate in the household.
Keep the household clean and care for personal laundry.
Build relationships while celebrating life.
