Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition and physical health.
• Encourage independence and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff; report concerns promptly.
