Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements per facility policy and state regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Wisconsin CBRF certification including medication administration preferred/required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Encourage resident independence while preserving dignity and choice.
• Document care, communicate with supervising staff, and report changes promptly.
• Attend in-services and help train new staff.
