Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Commitment to resident dignity, privacy and respect.
• Meets age requirements per facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support socialization, cognition, and physical health through daily routines.
• Encourage independence while providing safe, compassionate care.
• Communicate closely with team and document resident status and needs.
