Right at Home Fremont is actively hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors across Fremont, Union City, Newark and Hayward. Compensation ranges from $19–$20 per hour, with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping. Must have CA HCA license with PER ID, at least 3 months caregiving, background check and TB screening, plus English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID (State of California).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass background check and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team.
