Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Earn $19–$20/hour with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts; enjoy weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal prep, and medication reminders. Required: 3 months caregiving experience, English proficiency, TB screening, and HCA license. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid HCA License and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
