Job summary

Right at Home Fremont, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for clients in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. The team offers flexible 4–10 hour day shifts with opportunities for ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA license with PER ID.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Follow care plans and communicate with the team
