Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in Bee Cave, TX and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for training to grow your caregiving skills.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients maintain independence in their homes. Base pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with a drive-to-client requirement and a strong emphasis on respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Provide companionship and support to clients in Bee Cave, TX area.
• Assist with ADLs & IADLs and transport to client homes (up to 30 minutes driving).
• Maintain patient dignity, safety, and respectful communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients in their homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes as needed.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments or activities.
• Support families with positive, respectful communication.
