Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients across Llano, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Burnet and nearby areas. You will provide companionship, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with personal care with dignity and respect.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and competitive weekly pay. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 30 minutes to a client's home are required.

Qualifications

• Willing to drive to client homes (30+ minutes) to provide care.
• Ability to provide companionship and support with daily activities.
• Good communication, reliability and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients and foster a positive, respectful environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic meal planning.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing and grooming as needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Communicate with clients and families to ensure quality care.
