Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care across North Austin, South Austin, West Austin, Manchaca and surrounding areas. You will support clients with companionship, meals, light chores and personal care with dignity and respect.

This role offers part-time schedules, weekly pay, paid orientation and ongoing training to help you grow with our team in a supportive office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients - your caring presence brings joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals - nourishing bodies and souls with love.
• Perform light housekeeping - creating a safe and tidy environment.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming - helping with compassion and dignity.
• Provide transportation (Valid DL required) - ensuring clients can stay connected to the world.
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and fellow employees - kindness is at the heart of our care.
