Job summary

Right at Home Austin West is seeking compassionate Caregivers / PCAs to support clients in Marble Falls, Johnson City, Kingsland, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Lampasas, Llano, Lakeway, Burnet, and surrounding areas. Part-time hours offer flexible scheduling and competitive base pay.

You’ll provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation with a valid driver’s license. Weekly pay and ongoing paid orientation are offered to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Special requirement: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients - your caring presence brings joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals - nourishing bodies and souls with love.
• Perform light housekeeping - creating a safe and tidy environment.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming - helping with compassion and dignity.
• Provide transportation (Valid DL required) - ensuring clients can stay connected to the world.
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and fellow employees - kindness is at the heart of our care.
