Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team.

You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while adhering to individualized care plans and documenting changes. Active HCA license with PER ID is required; English proficiency and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team.
