Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Care Giver at our senior living community. You will provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe, home-like environment, assisting with daily activities and maintaining cleanliness and comfort.

We value compassion, teamwork, and growth. Qualified applicants include CNAs or those with a high school diploma and a strong desire to work with seniors. Full-time and part-time schedules with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families and teammates.
• Ability to be patient, compassionate, and attentive to safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
