Job summary

The Care Giver's role at Arvum Senior Living involves providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents, while maintaining a safe, homelike environment. You will assist with daily living activities, help residents maintain independence, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity for each resident.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
