Job summary

Right at Home Iowa City is hiring Caregivers, CNAs and HHAs for immediate openings across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Join a company that truly makes a difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

As a member of the A team, you will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and transportation, plus medication reminders. We supply PPE, paid training, and weekly pay to support you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• English reading/writing/speaking as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (transfers, bathing, dressing).
• Performing light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, cleaning).
• Meal preparation and snacks per instructions.
• Accompanying client to errands or medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and range-of-motion support.
• Dementia care and companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).
