Job summary

Eagle Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in Independent, Assisted Living, or Memory Care settings. You will promote residents’ physical, personal, and emotional well-being, supporting independence and daily living activities.

You will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of life for residents. This is a full-time role with evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized service plan; observe and report changes.
• Record vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist transfers and mobility with proper body mechanics.
• Provide backup support to nursing staff and keep areas clean and safe.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings.
