Discovery Management Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Discovery Villages at Castle Hills to enrich residents’ lives through hands-on care and supportive companionship. You will help with daily activities, promote safety, and maintain a warm, home-like environment for seniors.

Qualifications include a CNA certification preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and 18+ years old with strong communication and a resident-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly and ensure safety.
• Support independence while promoting dignity and well-being.
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Notify supervisor of increased care needs and participate in care planning.
