Job summary

Discovery Commons Wildewood, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily living activities and help promote independence and safety.

The role requires a CNA certification (preferred) or equivalent, a High School diploma/GED, and strong communication and customer service skills. Prior experience with seniors is a plus, and the team offers flexible full-time and

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff and families.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Promote independence and safety for each resident.
