Discovery Commons at Wildewood, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to assist residents with daily living activities in a safe, home-like environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
