Discovery Commons Wildewood is hiring a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support in a home-like environment. The role focuses on safety, dignity, and resident comfort while upholding high care standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining clean spaces, and helping residents stay engaged through life skills and enrichment activities, under supervision and within policy guidelines.

Qualificações

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents, staff and families.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Support residents to maintain independence and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
