Eagle Senior Living in Colorado Springs is seeking a compassionate CNA to join a resident-centered team. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety and comfort across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing assistant certification required or preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred per state requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; follow written and oral instructions.

Aufgaben

• Follow the individualized service plan (ISP) for each resident and report changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Check and record vital signs, weights, and other data as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and restorative nursing techniques.
• Provide behavioral prompts and supportive assistance as needed.
• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and transportation as required.
• Respond to urgent resident calls and support other departments as needed.
