Job summary
Eagle Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor health indicators, and assist with daily activities in a home-like setting.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Nursing Assistant Training Program certificate preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification, if required by state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Follow the individualized service plan (ISP) for each assigned resident; observe residents for changes in condition and report them to the nursing supervisor.
- Check and record vital signs, weights, and other data as assigned.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living incl. bathing, oral care, toileting, dressing; perform restorative nursing techniques.
- Provide behavioral prompts, cues, redirection, and supportive assistance to residents.
