Job summary

Elevate Care Assisted Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide daily support and companionship to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

A CNA certification is not required, though caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, helping with meals and hydration, and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• CNA certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with meal service and hydration reminders.
• Maintain a clean, safe resident environment.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with recreational and social activities.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
