Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical home care including ADLs.
• Ability to transport clients to appointments.
• Comfort with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and hospice care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care (ADLs) in clients' homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal planning.
• Transport clients to medical appointments.
• Support clients with 24/7/Hourly care as needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients and office team.
