Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC is actively hiring a caregiver to provide non-medical home care to the elderly and disabled in the San Diego area. You will offer companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Typical shifts include 7am-7pm, Mon-Sun, with hourly pay between $20 and $23 and overtime. Training and ongoing support are provided, and a flexible schedule can be arranged.

Qualifications

• Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to elderly and disabled clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, grooming and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Deliver dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and hospice care as needed.
• Offer hourly and 24/7 care as required.
• Perform light housekeeping and home organization.
