Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC actively hires caregivers in the San Diego area to provide compassionate non-medical home care for the elderly and disabled, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation at a client’s home.

Shifts run 7am–7pm with flexible full-time or part-time options. Earn $20–$23 per hour with overtime, weekly payments, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with 4% company match, plus 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-medical home care and assisting with ADLs.
• Ability to drive clients in their personal vehicle to appointments.
• Certifications are preferred but not required (CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to elderly and disabled clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and light meal prep.
• Support client wellbeing and coordinate with office staff; respond to client needs 24/7.
