Cheer Home Care, LLC is actively hiring caregivers in San Diego North County. We offer hourly pay of $20–$23 with overtime pay included, and both full-time and part-time shifts across Mon-Sun.

Join us to provide compassionate non-medical home care to seniors and disabled clients. As a Cheer Home Care Aide you will provide companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients stay safely at home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and able to provide companionship.
• Strong communication skills for caregiver role.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and ADLs (bathing, toileting, hygiene, light meals).
• Transport clients to medical appointments and activities.
• Deliver dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and hospice care as needed.
• Offer hourly and 24/7 care according to client needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Maintain strong organizational and communication with clients and office team.
• Certifications such as CNA/HHA/CPR/First Aid/AED preferred but not required.
• Drive clients in their own vehicle; mileage reimbursement where applicable.
• Use a cell phone with internet access to coordinate schedules.
