Job summary

Right at Home Columbia is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. You will be equipped with PPE and join a fast-growing international home care company with over 25 years of experience, offering competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

You will provide personal care, companionship, and support in clients' homes, with paid training, referral bonuses, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.
