Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and independent at home in Olympia Fields, IL. This role emphasizes a patient-centered approach with strong work ethics.

Caregivers assist with medication reminders, mobility, personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and reporting incidents. We offer paid training, flexible hours, weekly pay, and health benefits.

Qualificações

• 1 year of home care experience.
• Driver's license and willingness to follow health and safety standards.
• Must be able to work in the USA.

Responsabilidades

• Medication reminders for clients.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility in and outside the home.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and prescribed exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping when needed.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the Care plan.
