Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
• Ability to assist with mobility, personal care and daily activities.
• Reliable and compassionate demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and prescribed exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients on shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Follow the care plan and act in emergencies.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety standards.
