Nurse Next Door Home Care Services in Pacifica, CA is hiring compassionate Home Care Aides to provide personalized in-home care and companionship. You will support clients with daily living activities, safety, and daily routines according to care plans designed by the Care Designer.

Qualifications

• Assist clients with activities of daily living within scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily routines as needed.
• Support clients with meals and household tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Assist clients with ADLs and personal hygiene tasks.
• Plan and prepare meals; perform housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Remind about medications and monitor client condition.
• Document services and hours worked; report changes to supervisor.
• Drive to appointments and errands; maintain accurate records.
• Comply with training and regulatory requirements; maintain registration.
