Job summary

HR Alliance is hiring a Caregiver / Direct Care Worker to support individuals in daily living activities and community participation. The role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to follow care plans tailored to each participant's needs.

Flexible scheduling with evenings, weekends, and holidays, comprehensive training, and opportunities to help participants gain independence in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene as authorized.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and person-centered support.
• Complete required timesheets, EVV, service documentation, or other records accurately and on time.
• Follow the participant's service plan and report health or safety concerns according to HR Alliance procedures.
