HR Alliance is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide person-centered support to individuals needing assistance with daily living and community participation.

The Caregiver will work directly with participants and, when applicable, their families or authorized representatives to promote independence, dignity, safety, choice, and quality of life. Flexible full-time and part-time roles with ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ADLs and personal care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Respect for participant confidentiality and boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and household activities related to the participant's care.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and person-centered support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning and other physical support when required and trained.
• Support participants with community activities, appointments, errands, and other authorized activities.
• Encourage independence by allowing participants to make choices and participate in daily activities.
• Follow the participant's service plan and instructions from the participant or authorized representative.
• Complete required timesheets, EVV, service documentation, and other records accurately.
• Report injuries, incidents, suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Complete orientation, training, certifications, and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Perform only duties authorized and within training.
