Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders and support with routines.
• Meal preparation following dietary requirements and hydration monitoring.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Monitor health status and report changes to the care team, documenting observations.
