Oakmont Management Group in Laguna Woods, CA, is seeking a Care Provider for a part-time PM shift (Wednesday–Saturday) to support residents with daily living activities and personalized care. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and teamwork within a five-star senior living environment.

Responsibilities include assisting ADLs per care plans, responding promptly to resident needs, reporting changes, maintaining a safe setting, and collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Vaccinations, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while upholding dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment according to safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
