Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, IA is seeking compassionate Caregivers for Part-Time shifts (2 PM–10 PM and 10 PM–6 AM) to support residents with daily living and companionship. Qualificações

Compassionate caregiver with genuine passion for seniors.
Willing to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but training is provided.
Good communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and personal needs while promoting comfort and independence.
Encourage residents to stay active and engaged in daily routines.
Monitor residents for changes and report concerns promptly.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Create moments of joy through conversations, laughter, and activities.
Provide compassionate care while protecting residents' dignity.
