Job summary

Agemark Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers for Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, IA. Part-time shifts are available from 2 PM–10 PM and 10 PM–6 AM, requiring empathy, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs while promoting comfort and independence.

• Encourage Independence: Help residents stay active, engaged, and involved in their daily routines.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents' conditions and promptly report any concerns.

• Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

• Create Moments of Joy: Share conversations, laughter, and activities that make residents feel valued and appreciated.

• Provide Compassionate Care: Support residents with patience, kindness, and respect while protecting their dignity.
