Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required; training is provided.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient approach to residents.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily routines.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes promptly.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff.
