Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate in Danville, KY to support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. The role includes non-certified routine services under supervision at Walker's Trail Senior Living.

You will assist with ADLs, housekeeping, meals, and daily resident comfort, with state guidelines and a focus on resident well-being as part of a stable, supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed changes.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (hydration, seating, etc.).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.
