Frontida Management Group is seeking a 1st Shift Caregiver to assist in daily living activities, monitor residents, and support housekeeping, life enrichment, and dining tasks. The role emphasizes promoting Frontida’s culture and delivering compassionate care with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting observations, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while adhering to emergency procedures and DHS guidelines.

Competenze

• Must complete the probationary period successfully.
• Must be able to be flexible and work alone if necessary.
• Desired: High School Diploma or equivalent; CBRF Training completed.
• Must actively demonstrate Frontida’s culture and exhibit extraordinary care toward Frontida’s residents.

Mansioni

• Assist in activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, eating) as per individualized service plan.
• Perform housekeeping, life enrichment, and dining tasks.
• Provide comfort and companionship, upholding residents’ dignity and rights.
• Monitor and document residents’ daily observations and incidents as required.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and personal care; assist with lifting if needed.
• Prepare meals and snacks following the menu plan and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, including snow/ice removal as needed and emergency procedures.
