Qualifications

• Probationary period must be completed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CBRF training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per individualized plan.
• Maintain housekeeping and dining tasks; provide comfort and companionship.
• Monitor and chart residents' medications as applicable.
• Ensure safety by following DHS 83 guidelines.
