Job summary

You will document care activities, assist with transfers and personal care, and respond to emergencies as needed. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a compassionate approach toward residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must complete probationary period successfully.
• Flexible and able to work alone if necessary.
• CBRF Training completed or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, and eating.
• Provide 24-hour awake care and monitor residents.
• Document accidents, incidents, and daily observations accurately.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and dining tasks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per DHS/organizational guidelines.
