Job summary

Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Caregiver for our community in Michigan. You will assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, dressing, and meals, and help with activities to promote well-being.

Responsibilities include reporting observations to leadership, participating in in-service programs, maintaining safety and compliance, and supporting a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Health care or nurse’s aide training with a 100-hour nurse’s aide training preferred.
• One year nurse’s aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents in personal care including grooming, hygiene, dressing and nutrition.
• Assists residents to and from dining room and helps with meals.
• Encourages residents to participate in activities.
• Reports observations to the Director as appropriate.
• Participates in in-service programs to develop abilities.
• Upholds community policies and safety procedures.
