Heritage of Woodlands seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide professional care for Memory Care residents. You will support daily living activities, assist with transfers, baths, meals, and personal care, while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Must complete 12 hours of continuing education.
• Fluent in English; able to read and interpret care plans and procedures.
• Ability to complete incident reports and basic documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with staff to support resident care.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports resident care plans; assists with ADLs.
• Provides physical care: transfers, bathing, hygiene, meals.
• Changes bed linens and maintains resident rooms and common areas.
• Records vital signs and collects specimens as ordered.
• Engages residents in activities and supports welcome/assimilation.
• Completes incident reports and responds to emergencies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
