Job summary

Moose Lake Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring On-Call Caregivers (HHAs or PCAs) to join our team in Moose Lake, MN. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided; no prior experience is required to start.

Caregivers will support residents with ADLs, medication administration, and daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights with competitive wage ranges and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Comfortable standing and walking most of the time.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• HHA or PCA experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Bonus points for CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to residents, assisting with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Assist with showering/bathing, hair care and medication administration.
• Keep residents clean, dressed, and comfortable; help with laundry and housekeeping as needed.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Observe residents and report changes to supervisors.
• Support transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
