Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is seeking WA state certified CNAs and HCAs to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults in Vancouver. We offer flexible full- or part-time shifts and competitive pay ($20–$23/hr) along with mileage reimbursement, paid orientation, and 24/7 office support.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• WA State CNA or HCA certification required/WA state certified.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.
• Driver’s license & auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and the office
• Deliver reliable, professional, and compassionate care
