Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is seeking compassionate caregivers who hold a valid Washington State CNA or HCA license. We offer full-time and part-time roles with daytime and weekend availability, and multiple shift options including 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and 1-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
• Valid Washington State CNA or HCA license.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Card (obtainable within 30 days of hire).
• Driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders and transportation to appointments/errands.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts.
