Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is seeking compassionate caregivers with a valid Washington State CNA or HCA license for full-time and part-time roles in the Vancouver area. Shifts include daytime and weekends with 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and 1-hour options; one-hour shifts pay a higher rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience.
• Valid Washington State CNA or HCA license.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Card (obtainable within 30 days of hire).
• Driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and social engagement.
• Assisting with personal care as needed.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and transportation to appointments/errands.
• Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
